Stage Performance Specialization
The Stage Performance specialization teaches pop/jazz singing, playing electric guitar, synthesizer, and percussion instruments.
The teachers of this specialization organize the national Mikas Vaitkevičius Festival-Competition, the jazz etude competition, the free-form concert “I Play What I Want,” and other events. They actively collaborate with other specializations at the school and educational institutions in Vilnius. The specialization has produced a number of laureates in both international and national competitions. Students eagerly and actively participate in various events, including thematic and charity concerts, commemorations, musical performances, and educational projects at the school and in the city’s concert halls.
The teachers of the specialization organize and conduct master classes, perform in concerts, participate in seminars and conferences, and regularly improve their qualifications.
The curator of the Stage Performance specialization is synthesizer teacher-methodologist Gintaras Mameniškis.
